1. The price you see is what you pay, no extra for shipping*.
2. Purchases are shipped within five days of placing an order-- except for
Dirty Century items if conditions have not been met.
Email notifications will be sent if the
ship date will be more than five days.

*Shipping outside of the USA
may include an additional charge.
This price increase will appear during
the ordering and payment process.

RETURNS
please email any questions or concerns you have about returning products by using the contact form

1. Returns must come back in the original condition.
2. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization ticket (use our contact form to describe your return, and we'll email you the return ticket)
3. Returns must be received back to MTB Threads within 30 days of the date it shipped from us.
4. MTB Threads will not pay the shipping costs to return product(s) to us. We will pay for shipping back to you if you want to replace an item (limit 1 return shipment per order (may contain several products if several were ordered)).
